We reflect on what’s worked well, what hasn’t, and what lessons can shape your way forward.

Deep dive
Together we'll dive deeper to examine the barriers you're facing and potential solutions.
We'll also work on shifting mindset and perspectives, and exploring biases — which we all have - to support you in your work.
Goal: Develop a deeper understanding of lived experiences, needs and expectations that will inform your approach.
Step 3
Strategise for success!
In this collaborative session, we co-create the first version of your equity-focused plan.
This includes defining strategic priorities, identifying opportunities for change, and defining practical next steps.
Goal: A tailored, draft strategy outline that sets you on a path towards greater inclusion, impact and sustainability.
