Terms of Service — Elma Glasgow Consulting Webinars

These terms apply to all webinars offered by Elma Glasgow Consulting ("I", "me", "my"). By registering for a webinar, you agree to these terms.
What's included
Registration gives you access to the webinar session on the date and time specified. For paid webinars, this includes any materials shared during or after the session. The free taster webinar is offered at no charge and with no obligation.
Payment
Payment for paid webinars is required in full at the time of booking. Prices are stated at the point of registration and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellations and refunds
If I need to cancel or reschedule a webinar, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
If you are unable to attend a paid webinar, please contact me at hello@elmaglasgowconsulting.com at least 48 hours before the event. I will do my best to offer a transfer or recording where available, but I cannot guarantee a refund after that point.
No refunds are available for the free webinar, as no payment is taken.
Recordings
Sessions may be recorded. If a recording is made, registered participants will be notified in advance. Recordings remain the property of Elma Glasgow Consulting and may be shared publicly, omitting any information or other content that identifies participants or their contributions such as questions in the chat.
Intellectual property
All content, slides, and materials shared in my webinars are my intellectual property. You are welcome to use ideas and learning from the sessions in your own work. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share my materials without my written permission.
Your conduct
I want webinars to be a safe, respectful space for everyone. I reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful without refund.
Limitation of liability
I take care to ensure the content I share is accurate and useful, but I cannot accept liability for decisions made on the basis of information provided in my webinars. Participation is at your own professional discretion.
