I'm thrilled to announce my new coaching package, Inclusion in Action, for people in leadership positions who want to create lasting change, build deeper connections and shape a more equitable future for their organisation and projects.


Drawing on my extensive experience in communications, public relations, multi-stakeholder management, project management, consultation and engagement, I have created a one-day immersive service.


Inclusion-related work can stir up and create a range of challenges and emotions - some of them are easier to deal with than others. From power dynamics, colleague relationships, use of language and encouraging participation, I offer support which is structured, encouraging, compassionate and impactful.


As I also work in the cultural sector, I encourage creative thinking as I've seen how it can open up minds to new kinds of solutions. And we all need new approaches to increasingly complex problems.


Aimed at businesses, universities and cultural organisations, this immersive session will help you unlock deeper understanding, shift your engagement strategies, and develop more sustainable and inclusive practices.

My experience


My background in building networks and relationships between stakeholders for and with organisations, covers a range of industries. Take a look at a few examples below.


  • University of Cambridge - I was a Critical Friend for a creative community engagement project which is informing inclusive research practices. Working alongside the Public Engagement Manager, I guided her and provided constructive feedback to ensure the project was inclusive of community members. As a Global Majority community member who grew up in Cambridge, I understand the significant barriers between communities and the University - I'm proud to have contributed this experience to a wonderful project which resulted in some wonderful community-led content.


  • The Agile Initiative, part of the Oxford Martin School (at University of Oxford) - I codeveloped and delivered an EDI Retreat for environmental scientists and EDI leads from Oxford, Exeter, Cambridge and Glasgow universities. We created a space where people felt safe to have open and honest conversation, which sparked new ideas for practical solutions.


  • The multi-award-winning Power of Stories was a groundbreaking exhibition in Suffolk co-curated with the Black community. I developed and delivered the corresponding community engagement initiative, Aspire Black Suffolk (which went on to set up as a C.I.C), to celebrate and platform local Black cultural skills and talent. I also led on the tour of Power of Stories, and project managed other Black educational projects. I scooped a national 'Radical Changemaker' award for my engagement work, which engaged around 40 people, and helped to drive footfall to the exhibition and break museum diversity records.


  • Comic Relief, Scope and British Red Cross - I managed communications for major charity-corporate partners, which included global Blue Chip companies, BT and Land Rover. All high value partnerships were for international and national initiatives, which required management of multiple stakeholders - from corporate CSR managers to social workers delivering community projects.


  • PR campaigns - To succeed in PR you need to nurture strong, reciprocal relationships with a diversity of clients and journalists. I've delivered countless successful campaigns over the years by understanding what makes audiences tick and how they can benefit from a client's brand. Be that the UK's first female-led product design company XX=, a high calibre West African drumming event or a festival on the beach!
